I'm a girl who loves beauty products, even though I haven't always been very keen on them, so I decided to start a beauty blog, where I share beauty product reviews with others and tell you about both the worst and best beauty products out there, according to me.

I'm also hoping it will make beauty and makeup more fun, even for those who are not beauty addicts already.

Review: Darphin Anti-fatigue Smoothing Eye Gel

Darphin is a French brand I had been hearing about for a while, but for some reason I never got around to trying any Darphin products. That is, until very recently, because now I have actually been using their Anti-fatigue Smoothing Eye Gel for a while, and I have to say I love it!
First of all, the scent of this eye gel is lovely, the texture just great as well, and the gel absorbs really fast, which I appreciate, because so many other eye products that I have tried don't. It also does reduce any signs of fatigue (as a new Mom, with a 5 week old, I do need that!) really well, so I will say this eye gel definitely lives up to its name!

I will definitely buy this eye gel again and it made me really eager to try more Darphin products as well. How come the French are so good at this stuff?

Review: Aussie Frizz Miracle Shampoo

The first time I tried Aussie hair products was more than a year and a half ago (read all about what my first experience with the brand was like here), and while I did like the product (not to mention my sister loves this brand and always raves about it), I didn't really buy it again since, for the simple reason that it is not sold where I live. But this week I noticed that my local pharmacy had actually started stocking this brand, so I decided to buy some more Aussie products. The first of those products, that I will be reviewing is their Aussie Frizz Miracle Shampoo, which is supposed to help anyone with frizzy hair get more manageable hair.
First of all, I have to say I love how this shampoo looks. And no, I don't mean the packaging, I mean the actual product that comes out of it. Because you see, it is really, really blue, which of course is very unusual, and I like unusual things, so I loved that. The texture and the scent is also nice, although not anything to get super excited about (but then again, this is the case with most shampoos), and I also really liked that you do not need to use a lot of this shampoo to get your hair clean. A little really goes a long way here, which might explain why the bottle is so small compared to most other shampoo bottles I buy.
I also do think that my hair has gotten smoother and more manageable since I started using this shampoo. So I actually do think that the Aussie Frizz Miracle Shampoo lives up to its claims!
